Whilst shuffling my itunes library. I love discovering old songs I used to adore, and as the sweet lyrics fill my ears, the melody transports me back to a point in time -opening my eyes and seeing a moment in time where this song was prominent in my life. A reaction that I’m back there, recalling familiar smells, sights, sounds. It’s astonishing how a single song can stir so many outlying memories. A memory just about vanished, but with a touch of a single button entering a fragment of my mind, searching for something to remember. Then here it is like it was never forgotten.
